RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We must receive your return or exchange within 7 days of your order date to be eligible for store credit.
- Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Return items must be undamaged, unworn with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please include your package slip with the return.
- For all returns we issue store credit only.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.

We only allow shoes, handbags, and clothes to be eligible for returns. If you wish to exchange your item for another, you must return your unworn item back to us within 7 days of your order date. After we have received, inspected and approved your item, we will issue a store credit through email. You may then place an order for the desired item.
Shipping postage will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have received the wrong item we will cover the return at no charge.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for store credit to be issued. Store credit will be issued by email with code attached.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
- All sale items
- Shipping fees
- Worn items or signs of wear
