RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We must receive your return or exchange within 10 days of your order date to be eligible for store credit.
- Returns after 10 days will not be accepted.
- Return items must be undamaged, unworn with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please include your package slip with the return.
- For all returns we issue store credit only.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.
We only allow shoe exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unworn item back to us within 10 days of your order date. After we have received, inspected and approved your item, we will issue a store credit. You may then place an order for the desired shoe size.
Shipping postage will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have received the wrong item we will cover the return at no charge.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for store credit to be issued. Store credit will be issued by email with code attached.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
- All sale items
- Shipping fees
- Worn items or signs of wear

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. ( excluding weekends and holidays).
All orders place before 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed same day .
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking number.
Available shipping methods for Domestic orders:
USPS Standard Mail: $9.00 ( 3-6 business days)
USPS Expedited Mail: $22.00 ( 2-3 business days)
Please carefully check your address. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9 shipping and handling fee.

International Delivery Transit Time: 2-6 Business Days
Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.Please be aware that Pretty Madness ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Pretty Madness and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Pretty Madness, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
