Return Policy

What items can be returned or exchanged?

All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box.

  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.

Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items marked SALE
  • All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats and handbags
  • Bodysuits
  • Items with built in undergarments
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees
  • Worn items or signs of wear

Where do I send my return to?

To make a return submit your return request HERE with your order number. All request will be responded to within 1 business day.

Email us HERE: with the word “RETURN” in subject line. Please include the order number with the reason of return.

  • You have 14 days from the date your order ships to return your item. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Prettymadness gift card. After we have received, inspected and approved your item, your store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
  • Please include your packing list or order # with your return.
  • International orders have a return window of 30 days from the date your order ships.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.


  • You have 14 days from the date your order ships to exchange your item(s) for a new item(s).
  • Exchange item(s) must be received within 7 days of exchange order initiation
  • Exchanges are unavailable for international orders
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.

Can I get my money back?

Store Credit will be issued for ALL returns. Refunds are not available.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you have received the wrong item or faulty item we will cover the return at no charge.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for store credit to be issued.
