CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@prettymadness.com. Once order is process and shipped, order CANNOT be changed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes detailed information of your order and tracking number.

HOW CAN I APPLY A STORE CREDIT?

You will be given a code to use at checkout.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we only offer store credit.  We only offer exchanges on shoes, handbags, and clothes. You must return unworn items with tags attached and in its original packaging in order to be approved for an exchange. Once we have inspected the item we will email you with the store credit code.

AN ITEM THAT I LOVE IS SOLD OUT! HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We restock off popularity. If we get enough requests we will try to restock the item. All items are not guaranteed to be restock. So buy now, before they are gone.
